SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS
SAR designs, fabricates, supplies, erects and commissions Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) for treating sewage generated by industry, large colonies, hotels, hospitals, IT parks and commercial buildings.
Now a days, Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) has become statutory requirement of all the State Pollution Control Boards. Everybody, whether Hotelier or Industrialist are looking for economical, easy to install and operate, compact type Sewage Treatment Plant.
Most of the waste waters contain some scum material which does not settle down & needs to be collected on the surface of the clarifier. Hence a scum removal arrangement is normally provided. Clarifiers are settling tanks, built with mechanical means for continuous removal of solids being deposited by sedimentation.
It works on the principle of Aerobic Treatment with the help of aerobic bacteria, which is most conventional and proven method throughout the world.
* The MBBR system is a biofilm process which is economical solution for treating the waste water. This requires less foot print area over conventional system as well as more cost effective with minimum maintenance.
* The SBR is a type of activated sludge process for the treatment ofwastewater. SBR reactors treat wastewater such as sewage oroutput from anaerobic digesters. The complete process takesplace in a single reactor, within which all biological treatmentsteps take place sequentially.
* The MBR is the combination of a membrane process likemicrofiltration or ultrafiltration with a suspended growthbioreactor, and is now widely used for municipal and industrialwastewater treatment.
* The Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket Reactor (UASB) is a single tank process. Wastewater enters the reactor from the bottom, and flows upward. A suspended sludge blanket filters and treats the wastewater as the wastewater flows through it.
