SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS

SAR designs, fabricates, supplies, erects and commissions Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) for treating sewage generated by industry, large colonies, hotels, hospitals, IT parks and commercial buildings.

Now a days, Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) has become statutory requirement of all the State Pollution Control Boards. Everybody, whether Hotelier or Industrialist are looking for economical, easy to install and operate, compact type Sewage Treatment Plant.

Most of the waste waters contain some scum material which does not settle down & needs to be collected on the surface of the clarifier. Hence a scum removal arrangement is normally provided. Clarifiers are settling tanks, built with mechanical means for continuous removal of solids being deposited by sedimentation.

It works on the principle of Aerobic Treatment with the help of aerobic bacteria, which is most conventional and proven method throughout the world.

* The MBBR system is a biofilm process which is economical solution for treating the waste water. This requires less foot print area over conventional system as well as more cost effective with minimum maintenance.

* The SBR is a type of activated sludge process for the treatment ofwastewater. SBR reactors treat wastewater such as sewage oroutput from anaerobic digesters. The complete process takesplace in a single reactor, within which all biological treatmentsteps take place sequentially.

* The MBR is the combination of a membrane process likemicrofiltration or ultrafiltration with a suspended growthbioreactor, and is now widely used for municipal and industrialwastewater treatment.

* The Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket Reactor (UASB) is a single tank process. Wastewater enters the reactor from the bottom, and flows upward. A suspended sludge blanket filters and treats the wastewater as the wastewater flows through it.

EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANTS

The Effluent Treatment plant is designed to treat the effluent coming from different areas of the plant. The treatment of different effluents varies with the type of effluent. SAR Water Solutions Process Engineers provides sophisticated and innovative designed wide range of Effluent Treatment Plants to meet the stringent need of the customers.

Water is basic necessity of life used for many purposes one of which is industrial use. Industries generally take water from rivers or lakes but they have to pay heavy taxes for that, so it's necessary for them to recycle that to reduce cost and also conserve it. The main function of our ETP is to purify industry effluent and recycle it for further use.

Industrial wastewater contains a diversity of impurities and therefore for this reason alone, its treatment constitutes a special task. Our expertise is advantageously employed for the technical and economic optimization of every subsequent facility. The treatment process contains mechanical, physical, biological and chemical process steps. Based on the type of Effluent, some Effluent Treatment processes are specified below:

*Aerobic Biological Process : It takes place in the presence of air (oxygen). IT utilizes those microorganisms (aerobes), which uses molecular/free oxygen toassimilate organic impurities i.e. convert them in to carbon dioxide, water andbiomass.

Anaerobic Biological Process : It takes place in the absence of air (oxygen). It utilizes microorganisms (anaerobes) which do not require air (molecular/free oxygen) to assimilate organic impurities. The final products are methane and biomass.
